(I) Features of the Fountain Aerator:

1. The machine body is made of high-quality SUS304 and 316 stainless steel, making it completely corrosion-resistant.

3. The floating body is a one-piece, flying saucer-shaped float (patented product), with a scientific and aesthetically pleasing design that is more rational and efficient. Assembly is simple, quick, and flexible. The material used is HDPE high-density polyethylene composite material, which is completely resistant to various corrosive water bodies.

4. Floating installation requires no special requirements; the equipment is fixed by inserting two or four steel pipes into the mud bottom and using ropes.

5. The fountain aerator is a single integrated unit, requiring no machine room or piping installation, and there is no risk of clogging.

6. The specially designed nozzle creates sparkling, crystal-clear, and vibrant dynamic water features. (II) Performance of the Fountain Aerator:

1. The submersible pump is different from ordinary water supply and drainage pumps, as it is continuously submerged in water without being removed. Therefore, water resistance and corrosion resistance are key challenges for this specialized pump. To address this, our company has adopted the following measures: The motor structure has been changed from an oil-filled type to a water-cooled dry type, which improves the safety performance of the pump and does not pollute the environment.

2. The dedicated submersible pump uses high-quality all-copper high-temperature wire, optimized electromagnetic design and motor winding parameters, and a high-electromagnetic performance cold-rolled silicon steel sheet core.

Installation and Use

1. Before installation and use, check for loose fasteners, damaged cables, and ensure that the power supply, electrical devices, and electric pump are reliably grounded. Verify that the power supply voltage and frequency match the specifications on the label.

2. Requirements for the cable connections to the electric pump: The wire core connections must be firm, reliable, smooth, and clean. The wrapping must be tight, without gaps, wrinkles, or dust and dirt.

3. Connect the switch and check the wiring and electrical control device configuration. After everything is normal, connect the power and test run the motor (no-load operation for no more than 10 minutes). Check if the rotation direction matches the rotation direction indicated on the nameplate. If it is reversed, you can adjust any two phases of the three-phase power supply. After this, the cable connection sequence must not be changed.

4. The electric pump requires a suitable power supply. The power supply should not be too far from the location where the electric pump is used to avoid excessive voltage drop due to long wires, which could cause the electric pump to operate under voltage and burn out the motor.

5. The voltage is 380V three-phase AC power and 220V single-phase AC power (voltage tolerance is 5%, maximum not exceeding 10%), and the frequency is 50Hz.

6. The working water temperature should be no lower than 0°C and no higher than 40°C.
